1Simulated trading

Atlas Funded provides a simulated trading environment. Traders do not trade real capital on live markets. All account balances, positions, and profits and losses are simulated.

Payouts are real rewards paid by Atlas based on simulated performance and the rules of each challenge. Individual results vary, and past simulated performance is not indicative of future results.

2CFTC Rule 4.41

CFTC Rule 4.41 (verbatim). Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.

4What you can lose

Trading involves risk. You can lose your evaluation fee. An evaluation fee buys an attempt at a set of rules; it does not buy a funded account, a payout, or any guaranteed outcome.

Breaching a rule ends the account. The rules that apply to your account are published in full at Trading Rules, and when a fee is refundable is set out in the Refund Policy.

5Who we are

Atlas Funded is the trading name of ATLAS VANQUISH FZCO. The registered entity is Atlas Funded LTD, a Saint Lucia Corporation (company #2025-00597), with offices at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, St. Lucia. Additional offices in England and Dubai.
